morning comes like a tire rolling over you foot
the perpetrator driving the vehicle doesnt notice
nor would he even care
no one does
my eyelids are much too heavy to bare
but it must be done
we must fight every battle no matter the size
resist the urge to pull the trigger
to keep going just in curiosity
